Городня Чернігівського району Чернігівської … області. У межах зазначеного радіусу має функціонувати не менше 2-х автозаправних станцій Постачальника або його партнерської мережі. У разі припинення роботи окремих АЗС Постачальник зобов’язується забезпечити альтернативні точки відпуску пального в межах встановленого радіусу без зміни вартості та інших істотних умов договору. Постачальник гарантує, що країною-походження Товару, який буде поставлятися Замовнику не є Російська Федерація, Республіка Білорусь, Ісламська Республіка Іран.
