Бензин А-95.Поставка та передача у власність Замовника товару здійснюється за електроними талонами єдиного уніфікованого зразка номіналом 5, або 10, або 15, або 20 літрів. Термін дії паливних талонів становить не менше 12 місяців з дати передачі паливних … талонів Замовнику. Талони на товар (партію товару) надаються Замовнику за письмовим замовленням. Умови оплати: розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 30 (тридцять) календарних днів з дати поставки товару на адресу Замовника на підставі наданого оригіналу видаткової накладної та рахунку. Умова оплати: ПІСЛЯОПЛАТА. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються відповідно до підпункту 2 пункту 19 Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 9 червня 2021 року №590 (зі змінами та доповненнями) в національній валюті України гривні у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування належних до сплати сум коштів на поточний рахунок постачальника. Замовник здійснює оплату в межах отриманого бюджетного фінансування.. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється упродовж 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Місце поставки: за адресою та місцезнаходженням (обов’язковим розташуванням) АЗС у межах міста Києва 1,0км від Північного мосту в бік по вул. Шухевича• Троєщина ж/м. Труханів острів. У разі неможливості здійснити отримання товару (пального) за отриманими документами (за талонами єдиного уніфікованого зразка номіналом 5, або 10, або 15, або 20 літрів) від Постачальника, останній зобов»язується на вимогу Замовника замінити такі документи (за талонами єдиного уніфікованого зразка номіналом 5, або 10, або 15, або 20 літрів) на дійсні, що забезпечить товаром Замовника. • У разі неможливості замінити документи (за талонами або скретч-картками єдиного уніфікованого зразка номіналом 5, або 10, або 15, або 20 літрів) Постачальник зобов»язується повернути кошти за залишок таких документів (за талонами єдиного уніфікованого зразка номіналом 5, або 10, або 15, або 20 літрів) протягом 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів з моменту виставлення вимоги/притензії від Замовника.
