До моменту укладання договору Постачальник надає замовнику: -сертифікат відповідності; -інструкція з експлуатації (українською мовою); -перелік … сервісних центрів розташованих на території України для обслуговування Товару; -документи, у яких зазначаються гарантійні строки (не менше 12 місяців); -документи, що підтверджують ступінь локалізації виробництва товару або інформацію про те, що країною походження, виготовлення товару є країна з якою укладено відповідну угоду; -інформацію про кінцевих бенефіціарних власників постачаника товару (прізвище, ім’я, по батькові (за наявності), країна громадянства (підданства), а в разі, коли кінцевий бенефіціарний власник — іноземець є громадянином (підданим) кількох країн, — усі країни його громадянства (підданства), а також повне найменування, місцезнаходження та ідентифікаційний код (для резидента) засновника юридичної особи, в якому така особа є кінцевим бенефіціарним власником, характер та міра (рівень, ступінь, частка) бенефіціарного володіння (вигоди, інтересу, впливу). Сума Договору включає витрати з транспортування Товару до місця призначення, навантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи, пусконалагоджувальні роботи, монтаж AVR, запуск та перевірку роботи Товару без/та з навантаженням, навчання персоналу Замовника з правилами користування Товаром , безпосередньо пов’язані з Товаром, витрати пов’язані із забезпеченням схоронності, транспортуванням, пакуванням, маркуванням, страхуванням та доставкою Товару .

Description:

Розрахунки за поставлений товар проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після пред’явлення Постачальником накладної на оплату товару . Замовник здійснює оплату за поставлений товар в національній валюті України в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника. На підставі ст.49 Бюджетного кодексу України - Замовник, як розпорядник бюджетних коштів, після отримання товарів, робіт і послуг відповідно до умов взятого бюджетного зобов'язання приймає рішення про їх оплату та надає доручення на здійснення платежу органу Казначейства України. Згідно з вимогами ч. 5 ст. 51 БК розпорядники бюджетних коштів беруть бюджетні зобов’язання та проводять видатки тільки в межах бюджетних асигнувань, установлених кошторисами.

Description:

Поставка (передача) Товару оформлюється за складеною Постачальником видатковою накладною підписаною уповноваженими представниками Сторін у місці поставки. Перевірка поставленого (переданого) Товару за комплектністю і якістю відповідно до умов цього Договору та Технічним вимогам (Додатку 2 до Договору), здійснюється Замовником у день приймання-передавання Товару на підставі видаткової накладної у місці поставки. Замовник підписує видаткову накладну у разі відсутності будь-яких зауважень до Товару.
