З метою забезпечення безперебійної роботи транспорту та раціонального використання бюджетних коштів Учасник повинен мати не менше однієї автозаправної станції (власної або партнерської), розташованої на відрізку між селом Гущинці та містом Калинівка, в … т.ч. у м. Калинівка Хмільницького району Вінницької області, термін дії талонів (скретч-карток) повинен бути не менше ніж 1 місяць від дати отримання. Транспортні засоби закладу регулярно використовуються для виконання службових завдань, у тому числі для перевезення працівників, учнів, господарських потреб та інших службових поїздок. Значна віддаленість автозаправної станції від місцезнаходження Замовника призводить до додаткових витрат пального, робочого часу працівників та збільшення експлуатаційних витрат. Встановлення вимоги щодо розташування АЗС від місцезнаходження Замовника забезпечує: • оперативну та безперебійну заправку транспортних засобів; • мінімізацію непродуктивних витрат пального; • раціональне та економне використання бюджетних коштів; • ефективну організацію роботи транспорту установи. Зазначена вимога не обмежує конкуренцію, оскільки допускається використання як власних, так і партнерських автозаправних станцій Учасника.
