Постачальник повинен забезпечити заправку транспортних засобів Замовника (видачу товару (палива) зі зберігання), на АЗС (автозаправні станції), розташованих у м. Києві (не менше 10 АЗС, дві з яких за віддаленістю від бульв. Чоколівський, 13 не більше 5 … км по проїзній частині) та по всій території України (крім тимчасово окупованих територій в умовах воєнного стану), з обов’язковою наявністю не менше 3 АЗС в кожній області (крім Донецької і Луганської області), в тому числі не менше 2 АЗС в кожному обласному центрі, крім тимчасово окупованих територій України. Відпуск палива має здійснюватися по талонам цілодобово, включаючи суботу, неділю, святкові та неробочі дні за потребою Замовника. Видача палива здійснюється в баки транспортних засобів, а також в інші ємності (незалежно від їх об’єму). Учасник повинен мати можливість видачі талонів на всю замовлену кількість придбаного Замовником палива. Талони повинні мати термін дії не менше 12 місяців з моменту їх отримання (передачі) згідно Акту приймання-передачі. Учасник здійснює поставку товару Замовнику у талонах номіналом 10 л та 20 л у співвідношенні 40% і 60%; місце поставки: м. Київ, бульв. Чоколівський, 13. Паливо повинно відповідати чинним державним стандартам, технічним умовам та чинному законодавству щодо показників якості такого виду товару.
