Шляхом подання пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є товаром, що походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран, відповідно до постанови КМУ № 822. Строк передачі Товару: протягом 10-ти (десяти) робочих днів з дати підписання Договору Замовником. Ціна Договору включає ціну Товару, всі податки, збори та інші обов’язкові платежі. Витрати, пов’язані з передпродажною підготовкою та реалізацією Товару Замовнику, всі витрати Постачальника, враховуючи вартість транспортних послуг на доставку Товару до місця поставки, здійснення вантажно-розвантажувальних послуг при поставці Товару, перевірку комплектності, цілісності та відсутності пошкоджень у присутності представників Замовника здійснюється постачальником.
