Description:

1. Оплата Товару проводиться у національній валюті України. 2. Платником та одержувачем товару за цим Договором є Покупець. 3. Розрахунок за Товар здійснюється Покупцем лише після його фактичного отримання Покупцем та за дійсний отриманий обсяг товару належної якості на підставі належним чином оформлених та підписаних Сторонами рахунків (рахунків-фактур) та видаткових накладних Продавця впродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару та відповідних документів, які є підставою для оплати, шляхом перерахування коштів на банківський рахунок Продавця. 4. Датою оплати поставленого Продавцем товару за Договором вважається дата списання коштів з реєстраційного рахунка Покупця. 5. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється впродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування даної закупівлі Товару на реєстраційний рахунок Покупця. 6. Бюджетні зобов’язання за Договором виникають у Покупця тільки у разі наявності в нього відповідних бюджетних асигнувань. 7. Покупець на власний розсуд має право зменшувати обсяги закупівлі залежно від реальних потреб та фінансування його видатків. У такому разі Сторони вносять відповідні зміни до цього Договору. 8. Товар, що постачається Продавцем, оплачується Покупцем за ціною відповідно до специфікації.

Description:

1. Продавець здійснює поставку та передачу Товару Покупцю разом з усіма документами, необхідними для того, щоб прийняти Товар на умовах цього Договору впродовж 3 (трьох) календарних днів з моменту надходження заявки Покупця, але не довше ніж до 25.12.2026 року на умовах DDP (відповідно до Міжнародних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів Інкотермс у редакції 2010 р.) за місцем призначення м. Київ. Конкретна адреса місця поставки товару зазначається в заявці, яка подається в письмовому вигляді або на електронну пошту. Перехід права власності на Товар відбувається в момент підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної. 2. Постачання Товару може здійснюватись партіями (частинами) за заявкою Покупця. Транспортний засіб, яким буде здійснюватись поставка товару Покупцю, повинен відповідати вимогам ст. 25 та ст. 44 Закону України «Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності та якості харчових продуктів». Кожна партія товару повинна супроводжуватися сертифікатами відповідності (декларація виробника/посвідчення про якість згідно технологічної інструкції з дотриманням ветеринарно-санітарних правил). 3. Приймання Товару за кількістю та якістю буде здійснено Покупцем в присутності представника Продавця відразу після прибуття Товару до місця поставки. 4. Прийняття Товару за кількістю та якістю оформлюється накладною (актом прийому-передачі), який повинен бути складений у день приймання Товару.
