1.Розрахунок за поставлену партію Товару здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати поставки Товару на адресу Замовника на підставі наданого оригіналу видаткової накладної Товару. 2.У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється упродовж 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. 3.Замовник не здійснює оплату за поставлений Товар, та така несплата не є порушенням строку оплати зі сторони Замовника у випадку ненадання Постачальником оригіналу видаткової накладної на оплату чи його неналежного оформлення. 4.Замовник має можливість сплачувати вартість поставки частинами або за всю партію поставки відповідно до підписаних видаткових накладних.
