Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. Поставка товару здійснюється згідно заявки Замовника, автотранспортом і силами … Постачальника та за його рахунок в строк до 5-ти календарних днів з моменту отримання заявки від Замовника (засобами телефонного зв’язку, шляхом листування по електронній пошті тощо). Розрахунки за поставлений товар проводяться Замовником після відвантаження Товару за адресою Замовника і згідно представлених відповідних накладних документів протягом 20-ти банківських днів. У разі затримки фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 10-ти банківських днів, з дати отримання Замовником коштів.
