Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) Замовнику товару - до 09 квітня 2026 р. включно, який може бути змінений за письмовим погодженням обох сторін. Бажано поставка товару - Паска з родзинками, глазур з оздобленням, пакет поліпропіленовий, - фасуванням 0,35 … кг у кількості 360 штук. Товар повинен бути поставлений Постачальником Замовнику у робочий день (з понеділка по п’ятницю) з 08-00 до 12-00 год. Допускається відхилення ваги товару на кратність кг у одиниці пакування. Сторони можуть погодити інший строк (термін) поставки (передачі) Замовнику товару за взаємною згодою Сторін. Замовник є стацiонарним закладом соцiального захисту, що створений для цiлодобового проживання (перебування) та догляду за громадянами похилого вікy та особами, якi за станом здоров'я потребують стороннього догляду, соцiально-побутового, медичного обслуговування, соцiальних послуг i комплексу реабiлiтацiйних заходiв (далi за текстом - пiдопiчнi). На теперішній час у Замовника перебуває 360 осіб підопічних. В зв’язку з чим, бажано поставка товару - Паска з родзинками, глазур з оздобленням, пакет поліпропіленовий, - фасуванням 0,35 кг у кількості 360 штук.
