Уповноваженою особою при оприлюдненні Запиту пропозицій постачальників товару: Зарядна станція EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max за кодом ДК 021:2015 «31430000-9 Електричні акумулятори» було допущено технічну (механічну, формальну) помилку при внесенні інформації в Прозорро Маркет, а саме: замість вибору: Категорія (задати характеристики) • Зарядні станції було внесено: Статичний профіль (характеристики не редагуються) • Зарядні станції 2400-2600, короткочасна максимальна потужність 4800-5200Вт, місткість 2.0-2.6 кВт/год, функція швидкого заряджання, гарантія від 12 міс Підпунктом 3 пункту 64 Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 № 822 (далі – Порядок) визначено, що Замовник може відмінити запит пропозицій постачальників до укладення договору у разі, якщо здійснення закупівлі стало неможливим внаслідок дії обставин непереборної сили. Дана технічна (механічна, формальна) помилка призвела до допущення до кваліфікації учасників, що пропонують інший товар, ніж той, що потрібен замовнику. У зв’язку з неможливістю виправити помилку, допущену при внесенні інформації в Прозорро Маркет, уповноваженою особою прийнято рішення про відміну Запиту пропозицій постачальників товару: Зарядна станція EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max за кодом ДК 021:2015 «31430000-9 Електричні акумулятори»
