Постачальник гарантує, що товар, який постачається за Договором відповідає вимогам якості діючих стандартів та надає Покупцю з кожною партією продуктів документи передбачені Статтею 5 Закону України № 771/ 97 від. 23.12.1997р. «Про якість та безпеку … харчових продуктів і продовольчої сировини» та відповідає наступним вимогам: - якість товару, що постачається, повинна відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 3583:2015 «Сіль кухонна. Загальні технічні умови». У солі вищого, першого і другого гатунків допускається наявність темних час¬ток у межах вмісту нерозчинного у воді залишку і оксиду заліза. Смак і запах товару: властиві даному сорту, без стороннього запаху і присмаку. У разі постачання кам'яної солі на тривале зберігання масова частка вологи не повинна перевищувати 0,25 % за відносної вологості повітря не більше ніж 75 %. Термін придатності солі без добавок не обмежений. Товар пакується у тару, яка відповідає діючим стандартам та забезпечує схоронність продукції при перевезенні та зберіганні. - якість товару повинна бути підтверджена документом, що підтверджує безпечність та якість товару (оригінал або копія, завірена печаткою Постачальника), відповідно до чинного законодавства. Учасник-переможець закупівлі повинен надати документ з інформацією про кінцевих бенефіціарних власників. Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран.
