Відпуск товарів шляхом відпуску по талонах, що є підставою для відвантаження нафтопродуктів з всіх АЗС Постачальника. Заправка автотранспорту здійснюється відповідно до потреб Замовника. Обов’язковою умовою є спроможність Постачальника надати товар в … межах Надвірнянського району, Івано-Франківської області. Максимальна відстань від місцезнаходження Замовника до АЗС Постачальника не повинна перевищувати 5 км. Постачальник повинен мати розширену мережу власних або орендованих або партнерських АЗС на території України. Термін дії талонів не менше 12 місяців з моменту їх поставки Замовнику. У разі зміни форми або закінчення терміну дії талонів здійснюється їх обмін, без додаткової плати, на нові діючі талони рівнозначного номіналу з продовженням дії талонів. Оплата після доставки талонів до Замовника. Постачальник забезпечує можливість заправки автомобілів Замовника у цілодобовому режимі, у вихідні та святкові дні. Доставка талонів до Замовника здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника.
