Дозволена потужність – 300 кВт. Постачання електричної енергії – цілодобово. Фіксація показників облікових засобів – вручну та дистанційно. Точка продажу – ГРЩ будинку. Клас напруги – II. Тарифна група – І. Вид тарифу – загальнодобовий. Спосіб оплати послуг з розподілу електричної енергії – напряму з оператором системи. Найменування Оператора, з яким Споживач уклав договір розподілу електричної енергії – ПрАт «ДТЕК Київські електромережі» (ЕІС-код 62Х1418952014465) Параметри якості електричної енергії в точках приєднання споживачів у нормальних умовах експлуатації мають відповідати параметрам, визначеним ДСТУ EN 50160:2014 «Характеристики напруги електропостачання в електричних мережах загального призначення». Показники якості постачання електричної енергії повинні відповідати величинам, що затверджені Національною комісією, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг (далі - НКРЕКП) . Технічні, якісні характеристики предмета закупівлі повинні відповідати встановленим/зареєстрованим діючим нормативним актам чинного законодавства України (державним стандартам (технічним умовам). Інформація про учасника повинна міститись в ліцензійному реєстрі НКРЕКП суб'єктів господарювання, які відповідно до вимог Закону № 2019-VIII отримали ліцензію на право провадження господарської діяльності з постачання електричної енергії споживачу, який розміщено на офіційному вебсайті НКРЕКП, та станом на дату розкриття тендерних пропозицій має статус ліцензії «чинна». Відносини між постачальником та споживачем електричної енергії регулюються наступними документами: - Закон України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами); - Закон України «Про ринок електричної енергії» від 13.04.2017 № 2019-VIII (далі - Закон № 2019-VIII) (зі змінами); - Правила роздрібного ринку електричної енергії», затверджені постановою НКРЕКП від 14.03.2018 № 312 (зі змінами); - Кодекс систем розподілу, затверджений постановою НКРЕКП від 14.03.2018 № 310 (зі змінами); - Кодекс системи передачі, затверджений постановою НКРЕКП від 14.03.2018 № 309 (зі змінами); - Ліцензійні умови провадження господарської діяльності з постачання електричної енергії споживачу, затверджені постановою НКРЕКП від 27.12.2017 № 1469 (зі змінами). Оплата Товару здійснюється Споживачем шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника на підставі рахунку та/або акту прийому-передачі електричної енергії протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дня підписання сторонами акта прийому-передачі електроенергії. У разі затримки надходжень бюджетних коштів розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати їх отримання. Оплата Товару, який буде поставлений Постачальником в грудні 2026 року, здійснюється Замовником з урахуванням пункту 1 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» на підставі рахунку та/або акту приймання-передачі. Споживач не раніше 20 грудня 2026 року звертається із заявою/повідомленням/зверненням про надання рахунка та/або акту приймання-передачі для оплати очікуваного обсягу споживання електричної енергії у грудні, подавши Постачальнику інформацію про такий очікуваний обсяг. За зверненням Споживача Постачальник виставляє Споживачу рахунок та/або акт приймання-передачі не пізніше 24.12.2026.

Оплата Товару здійснюється Споживачем шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника на підставі рахунку та/або акту прийому-передачі електричної енергії протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дня підписання сторонами акта прийому-передачі електроенергії.
