Відпуск товару здійснюється шляхом надання талонів на пальне номіналом 10,20 літрів, … дія яких поширюється по всій території України.Строк дії талонів не менше 1 року з моменту їх отримання з гарантією обміну нереалізованих талонів на талони з новим строком дії.Учасник має забезпечити відпуск товару (фактичну заправку автотранспорту Замовника) через АЗС безперервно та цілодобово,за винятком випадків,коли роботу АЗС припинено внаслідок технічної перерви,абодії форс-мажорних обставин.Товар повинен бути обов'язково сертифікований та відповідати вимогам ДСТУ. Замовник здійснює оплату за товар в безготівковому порядку за фактом його постачання.
