У зв’язку з відсутністю подальшої потреби в закупівлі товару, а зокрема відсутністю можливості прийняти товар наливом, Замовником було прийняте рішення закупити товар талонами. Враховуючи викладене, для Замовника відсутня подальша потреба в закупівлі даного товару наливом. Відповідно до підпункту 1 пункту 65 Порядку № 822 замовник може відмінити запит пропозицій постачальників до укладення договору у разі відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товару. Враховуючи викладене, запит пропозицій постачальників щодо Закупівлі підлягає відміні.
