Оплата поставленого природного газу здійснюється у такому порядку: На підставі акта приймання-передачі природного газу, складеного та підписаного Сторонами згідно пунктом 3.8 Договору, Постачальник виставляє Споживачу рахунок на оплату за спожитий природний газ. Розрахунки за поставлений природний газ здійснюються Споживачем на умовах післяплати на підставі виставленого Постачальником рахунку на оплату та підписаного Сторонами Акту приймання-передачі газу. Споживач сплачує рахунок за поставлений Постачальником природний газ протягом десяти банківських днів з дня отримання Акту приймання-передачі природного газу та виставлення відповідного рахунку на оплату з урахуванням вимог та умов цього Договору.
