Строк поставки Товару – з дня підписання Сторонами Договору, по заявці Покупця протягом трьох днів, на адресу Замовнику: 02232, м. Київ, вул. Героїв Енергетиків (Електротехнічна), 26. Наявність не менше 2-х АЗС, на лівому березі Дніпра, в 9-ти … кілометровій зоні від адреси Замовника (02232, м. Київ, вул. Героїв Енергетиків (Електротехнічна), 26). Відпуск нафтопродуктів замовнику з АЗС за допомогою талонів відповідного бренду АЗС. Передача Товару здійснюється Покупцю цілодобово, за виключенням часу дії комендантської години у м. Києві, по Талонах Постачальника, що є документом обов’язкової звітності і підставою для відвантаження Товару з АЗС, що обслуговують Талони Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються за фактом постачання на умовах відстрочки платежу до 14 (чотирнадцяти) календарних днів з дати отримання товару шляхом перерахування безготівкових грошових коштів на поточний рахунок постачальника. У разі закупівлі за бюджетні кошти – після надходження замовлених коштів на рахунок підприємства з урахуванням черговості, передбаченої абзацом другим підпункту 2 пункту 19 Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 9 червня 2021р. № 590 (із змінами і доповненнями). Талони повинні бути номіналом 10-40 літрів. Термін дії талонів повинен бути не меншим як 12 місяців з моменту їх отримання замовником, у разі не використання талонів замовником, постачальник зобов’язаний продовжити термін їх дії до повного використання.
