4. ПОРЯДОК ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ ОПЛАТИ 4.1. Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється по факту поставки згідно видаткової накладної (оформленої належним чином: підпис, печатка). 4.2. Замовник оплачує Товар шляхом перерахування коштів на банківський рахунок Постачальника. Вартість Товару визначається в видатковій накладній в національній валюті України – гривнях. 4.3. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються за фактом поставки Товару протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) календарних днів з дати одержання Товару, що підтверджується підписаними Сторонами видатковими накладними. 4.4. Постачальник не має право самостійно змінювати ціни за якими підписано цей Договір.
