5.1 Продукція має бути поставлена Постачальником Покупцю окремими партіями протягом дії цього Договору за заявками (замовленнями) Покупця, за цінами, найменуванням, у кількості та асортименті, які відповідають зазначеним у Специфікації та виходячи з … фінансових можливостей та виробничих потреб Покупця. Заявка (замовлення) подається згідно з п. 12.10 цього Договору. Постачальник підтверджує прийняття замовлення зазначеним вище способом в день її отримання. У разі відсутності підтвердження прийняття замовлення протягом одного дня з дня надіслання, замовлення вважається прийнятим Постачальником з дня наступного за днем надісланням. 5.2 Поставка Продукції здійснюється за адресою вулиця Героїв Маріуполя, буд.35А, м. Кременчук, Полтавська обл., 39623, Україна протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дати отримання Постачальником авансу на підставі заявки (замовлення) Покупця. 5.3 Поставка Продукції здійснюється згідно з правилами INCOTERMS в редакції 2020 р. на умовах DDP місце поставки визначене п.5.2. Договору. 4.1 Умови оплати договору (порядок здійснення розрахунків): 4.1.1 Післяплата в розмірі 100 (сто) відсотків ціни Продукції впродовж 45 (сорок п’ять) календарних днів з моменту отримання Продукції на підставі належно оформлених Постачальником та переданих одночасно з передачею Продукції Покупцю документів: товарно-транспортної накладної (у випадках передбачених законодваством України), видаткової накладної.
