Поставка товару здійснюється партіями відповідно до замовлення, не пізніше ніж протягом трьох робочих днів, що йдуть за днем отримання замовлення Товару, без обмежень мінімального обсягу кількості Товару в межах однієї поставки (одного замовлення) Товару. … Періодичність поставок – 2-3 рази на тиждень в залежності від потреби. Поставка продукції виконується за заявками Замовника письмової/усної або будь-яким способом (по телефону, листом або по електронній пошті), в повному обсязі, без змін кількості. Поставка товару здійснюється з 1 січня до 31 грудня 2025 року. Обсяг та частота завозу харчових продуктів регулюється в залежності від терміну реалізації та кількості дітей, які відвідують заклад. Місце поставки: заклади управління освіти та гуманітарної політики Уманської міської ради (згідно заявки навчальних закладів Замовника та графіка завозу по кожній установі спеціально виділеним транспортом, з додержанням терміну реалізації з наявністю супровідних документів) відповідно до переліку (Додаток № 2 до проекту договору).
