Замовник здійснює оплату за Товар в безготівковому порядку за фактом його постачання. Датою здійснення будь-яких платежів Покупцем за цим Договором є дата списання відповідних коштів з розрахункового рахунку Замовника. Розрахунки за Товар здійснюється впродовж 10 (десяти) календарних днів днів з дати поставки (передачі) Товару та підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін видаткової накладної. У разі, якщо поставка здійснена лише частково (видаткова накладна підписана лише на частину Товару, зазначеного в Специфікації), оплата здійснюється пропорційно за фактично поставлену кількість Товару.
