Згідно службової записки начальника відділу ПММ та ЕАЗС Несененко С.О. на сьогоднішній день відпала потреба у придбанні заявлених у закупівлі UA-2024-08-12-008357-a обсягів: бензину А-95 – 37 000 л та дизельного палива – 100 000 л. У зв’язку з чим пропонується відмінити запит пропозицій постачальників на закупівлю: ДК 021:2015 за кодом Єдиного закупівельного словника (CPV) 09130000-9 – нафта та дистиляти (автопаливо за талонами: бензин А-95 Євро 5 або еквівалент, дизельне паливо Євро 5 або еквівалент), ідентифікатор закупівлі № UA-2024-08-12-008357-a. Відповідно до підпункту 1) пункту 65 Порядку № 822 замовник може відмінити запит пропозицій постачальників до укладення договору у разі відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі.
