1. Учасник повинен мати розширену мережу автозаправних станцій (власних, орендованих, партнерських) на території України та обов’язково мати не менше трьох АЗС в радіусі 1 км від адреси Замовника: м. Київ, вул. Янтарна, 5. АЗС учасника повинні мати … можливість заправки транспорту Замовника за пред'явленням талонів/скретч-карток. 2. При укладанні договору Замовник залишає за собою право на отримання від Постачальника копії підтверджуючих документів щодо права власності (оренди, користування тощо) щодо АЗС, на яких планується видача палива Замовнику. 3. Обслуговування Замовника на АЗС м. Києва повинно здійснюватись за талоном зразка Учасника які можуть прийматись на будь-якій АЗС, що зазначена Учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції. Термін дії талонів повинен бути не менше як 12 місяців з моменту їх отримання Замовником. Номінал талонів 10 і 20 л. 4. Поставка товару здійснюється Постачальником за власний рахунок за адресою Покупця. 5. Розрахунки Покупця з Постачальником здійснюються виключно у національній валюті України на підставі видаткової накладної, підписаної обома Сторонами цього Договору, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника з відстроченням платежу до 30 календарних днів з дня отримання Товару від Постачальника та при наявності бюджетного фінансування. 5. Обсяг закупівлі: 10 000 літр
