Закупівля проводиться для забезпечення повноцінного функціонування інтернату. • Загальний обсяг закупівлі сформований до потреби, обрахованої згідно затверджених норм і становить 13500 шт. (Підгузок для дорослих Л – 9000 шт., Підгузок для дорослих М – 4400 шт., Підгузок для дорослих – 60 шт). Технічні та якісні характеристики предмета закупівлі сформовані на підставі характеристик доступних на ринку товарів, які становлять предмет закупівлі, забезпечення об’єктів замовника відповідним товаром. Зазначена у технічних вимогах кількість визначена відповідно до планової потреби. Обґрунтування очікуваної вартості При визначенні очікуваної вартості закупівлі враховувалась інформація про ціни на товари та послуги, що містяться в мережі загальнодоступної інформації у відкритому доступі, в тому числі на сайтах постачальників відповідної продукції, а також з сайту Мінфіну. Очікувана вартість/розмір бюджетного призначення предмета закупівлі визначено за результатом моніторингу цін на ринку, обрахована відповідно до середньоринкового рівня цін та складає 266900,00 грн. з/без ПДВ.
