Оплата вартості Товару проводиться в національній валюті України в безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування коштів у розмірі 100% вартості партії Товару відповідно до видаткових накладних на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника, зазначений у Договорі, … протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів після здійснення поставки Товару та підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної, та надходження бюджетних коштів на рахунок Покупця в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань на даний предмет закупівлі. Доставка талонів відбувається за рахунок Постачальника на адресу Покупця: Україна, 61202, м. Харків, пр. Перемоги, 50-Б протягом 5 робочих днів з дати отримання Постачальником письмової заявки від Покупця, що подається Покупцем на електронну пошту Постачальника. Передача Товару здійснюється через мережу автозаправних станцій Постачальника. Умови постачання Товару: самовивіз з автозаправних станцій (АЗС) Постачальника, які знаходяться за адресами в м. Харків згідно з переліком (Додаток № 2 до Договору) та на будь-яких інших АЗС по території України, на яких можливий відпуск Товару згідно з наданими талонами Постачальника. Строк дії талонів повинен бути не менше 12 місяців з моменту отримання Постачальником заявки від Покупця. Номінал талонів на відпуск товару повинен бути не більше 30 л.
