Учасник повинен мати розширену мережу автозаправних станцій (власних, орендованих, партнерських) на території м. Києва. Відстань від АЗС, з яких учасник має можливість здійснювати відпуск пального, до місця розташування автотранспорту замовника (вул. … Електротехнічна, 5А, м.Київ) повинна не перевищувати 5 км. Талони повинні бути номіналом 10 л та/або 20 л, зі строком дії не менше 180 днів. Постачальник зобов'язується забезпечити належну якість Товару (Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон. Бензин (Євро 5), талон), що повинна відповідати ДСТУ, ТУ, ТР. Оплата здійснюється Покупцем за фактично отриманий належної якості Товар (Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон. Бензин (Євро 5), талон) шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у Договорі, протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з моменту надходження фінансування на казначейський рахунок Покупця, з урахуванням ресурсної забезпеченості єдиного казначейського рахунку. Талони мають бути активними з дати видачі видаткової накладної для оплати Покупцеві.
