Макарони, згідно коду ДК 021:2015 - 15850000-1 Макаронні вироби ( 158551100-9 макаронні вироби сирі)

Макаронні вироби з м’яких сортів пшениці. Строк придатності товару на момент поставки на склад замовника повинен становити не менше 90% від передбаченого терміну придатності виробника. Товар повинен передаватися Замовнику в упаковці підприємства … виробника, яка не повинна бути деформованою або пошкодженою. Макарони після приготування обов’язково повинні зберігати форму (якщо ця вимога не буде дотримана договір на постачання продукції буде розірвано). СПОСІБ (УМОВИ) ПОСТАВКИ: товар повинен постачатись в упаковці партіями відповідно до потреб Покупця, за попередньою заявкою Покупця у строки, що не перевищують 2 (два) календарних дні з моменту отримання Постачальником заявки. Розвантаження товару відбувається у склад кухні силами та за рахунок Постачальника. УМОВИ ОПЛАТИ: Розрахунки за товар здійснюються за фактом постачання товару протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати надходження відповідних коштів на рахунок Покупця на умовах відстрочки платежу до 30 календарних днів.
