Попередня оплата за договором здійснюється замовником протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дня надання постачальником забезпечення повернення попередньої оплати у формі Банківської гарантії та за умови дотримання постачальником вимог, визначених п.п. 3.6 – 3.10 договору. 4) Договір укладається на одиницю виміру – одиниця.
