Дизельне паливо (Євро-5) з відпуском за талонами (код за ДК 021:2015 09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти)

АЗС учасника повинні бути розташовані в радіусі не більше 15 км від місця розташування Замовника, його юридичної адреси (вул. Братська, буд. 15/9, Подільський район м. Києва). Талони повинні бути номіналом 10-40 літрів. Термін дії талонів на пальне … повинен становити 1 календарний рік з дати фактичної передачі талонів на пальне за Актом приймання-передачі (видатковою накладною) талонів на пальне; у разі невикористання талонів замовником постачальник зобов’язаний продовжити термін їх дії до повного використання.

До укладення договору замовником виявлено допущену технічну помилку при прикріпленні проекту договору в електронній системі закупівель до закупівлі № UA-2023-11-14-012855-a, зокрема, помилкове прикріплення іншого стороннього файлу замість розробленого замовником проекту договору. З огляду на зазначене, є підстави для прийняття рішення про відміну запиту (ціни) пропозицій.
