Поставка кожної партії Товару здійснюється на підставі замовлення Покупця. Замовлення вважається прийнятим Постачальником від Покупця у випадку, якщо протягом одного робочого дня після його отримання Постачальник не сповістить Покупця про свою незгоду з … умовами замовлення або про неможливість його виконання. Передача товару від Постачальника Покупцеві здійснюється за видатковою накладною та оформленою Покупцем відповідним чином довіреністю на одержання товару. Право власності на товар переходить від Постачальника до Покупця з моменту фактичного отримання товару Покупцем та оформлення відповідним чином видаткової накладної. Передача товару від Постачальника Покупцеві здійснюється на виробничій базі Покупця (м. Київ. вул. Залізничне шосе, 61). дрібнооптовими партіями (налив) – 4800 літрів дизельного палива Строк поставки товару складає 2 (два) робочі дні з моменту підтвердження Постачальником заявки Покупця. Покупець проводить оплату Товару на умовах відстрочення платежу протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з моменту поставки шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника згідно виставленої видаткової накладної.
