Технічні вимоги до товару: Сіль технічна, помел 3, ґатунок вищий, ДСТУ 4246. Поставка здійснюється у пакуванні біг-бег або без фасування (насипом). Товар не повинен вміщувати сторонніх забруднюючих домішок у вигляді рослинного ґрунту, деревини, каміння, … шматків металу тощо, видимих неозброєним оком. Вартість товару повинна враховувати витрати на доставку (разом із навантаженням, розвантаженням, перевезенням та іншими супутніми послугами) до місця складування Замовника: 09001, Київська обл., Білоцерківський р-н, м. Сквира, вул. Липовецька, 93, а та інші витрати в тому числі, сплату податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені Постачальником. Не врахована Постачальником вартість окремих супутніх послуг, необхідних для здійснення постачання Товару, не сплачується Замовником окремо, а витрати на їх виконання повинні враховуватися у загальній ціні Товару. Умови поставки: Місце доставки: 09001, Київська обл., Білоцерківський р-н, м. Сквира, вул. Липовецька, 93. Поставка товару здійснюється з дати підписання Сторонами договору до 31.08.2023 року. Поставка товару може бути разова або партіями відповідно до можливостей Постачальника за умови погодження із Замовником. Постачальник за власний рахунок здійснює навантаження, доставку до місця поставки, вивантаження цих партій Товару Замовнику. Прийом товару здійснюється за наявності первинної (видаткова накладна та товарно-транспортна накладна) та технічної документації щодо якості товару. Датою поставки вважається дата передачі Товару згідно видаткової накладної. Право власності на Товар переходить Замовнику в момент його отримання останнім. У випадку виявлення невідповідності щодо кількості та якості товару, що не відповідає умовам договору, Замовник має право відмовитись від приймання товару. Умови оплати: Оплата товару здійснюється протягом 30 днів з дати поставки.
