У зв’язку з надзвичайними, невідворотними та об’єктивними обставинами для Замовника, що підтверджені листом Торгово-Промислової палати України від 28.02.2022 № 2024/02.0-7.1, а саме військовою агресією Російської Федерації проти України, що стало підставою введення воєнного стану згідно з Указу Президента України «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» від 24.02.2022 № 64/2022 (зі змінами) затвердженого Законом України від 24.02.2022 № 2102-ІХ, що унеможливлює дотримання строків, Таким чином, наявні підстави для відміни спрощеної закупівлі: ДК 021:2015 (СPV) – 09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти (Дизельне паливо) відповідно до п.2 ч. 17 ст.14 Закону у зв’язку з неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
