Відсутність можливості розгляду пропозицій учасника, у строки передбаченні Законом, які виникли у зв’язку з веденням военного стану, що привели к порушенню норм законодавства України у сфері публічних закупівель, що неможливо усунути. Таким чином Замовник відміняє Закупівлю відповідно до пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону оскільки неможливо усунути порушення, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
