impossibility of eliminating the revealed violations of legislation in the field of public procurement

Explanation

підстави, що передбачена п.2 ч.8 статті 40 Закону, а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявленні порушення законодавства щодо закупівель – а саме відповідно до п.1 ч.8 статті 10 Закону оприлюднення договору про закупівлю та всіх додатків до нього – протягом трьох робочих днів з дня його укладення. У зв’язку з введенням на території України військового стану відповідно до Указу Президента України за №64/2022 від 24 лютого 2022 року «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» неможливо було відповідно до вимог Закону опублікувати договір.
