4.1. Розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються Замовником згідно з рахунком Виконавця в безготівковому порядку протягом 15 банківський днів з дати фактичного прийняття послуг Замовником підписаного сторонами акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг. 4.2. Оплата здійснюється шляхом переказу Замовником гроїнових коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця, що визначений у цьому Договорі. 4.3. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється впродовж трьох банківських днів з моменту отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування на свій рахунок.
