Description:

70% вартості фактично переданого відповідно до акту приймання-передачі природного газу - до останнього числа місяця, наступного за місяцем, в якому було здійснено постачання газу. Остаточний розрахунок за фактично переданий відповідно до акту приймання-передачі природний газ здійснюється Споживачем до 15 числа (включно) місяця, наступного за місяцем, в якому Споживач повинен був сплатити 70 % грошових коштів за відповідний розрахунковий період. У разі відсутності акту приймання-передачі, фактична вартість використаного Споживачем газу розраховується відповідно до умов підпункту 3.5.4 пункту 3.5 цього Договору.
