Description:

Підставою для здійснення оплати є належним чином оформлені акт здачі-приймання робіт (послуг) та рахунок на оплату послуг, надані Виконавцем Замовнику. Оплата послуги проводиться прямим банківським переказом у національній грошовій одиниці України на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця. Розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються на підставі ч.1 ст.49, п.3. ч.2 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України після надання послуг протягом десяти банківських днів з моменту підписання Акту приймання-передачі послуг, з відстрочкою платежу до 30 календарних днів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 3 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних коштів на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Учасник визначає ціну на послугу, яку він пропонує виконати за Договором, з урахуванням податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені. Ціна цього Договору може бути зменшена за взаємною згодою Сторін. Зменшення ціни Договору здійснюється у випадках та порядку, встановленому чинним законодавством України. Всі витрати Виконавця, пов’язані з виконанням цього Договору, враховуються в його ціні. У випадку перевищення Виконавцем суми Договору, сума перевищення оплаті не підлягає. Умови виникнення платіжних зобов’язань за договором - при наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення (бюджетних асигнувань).
