Відповідно 12.08.2021 було прийнято рішення про повторне проведення процедури закупівлі Д ДК 021:2015 30230000-0 Комп’ютерне обладнання (придбання ноутбука) (номер оголошення UA-2021-08-12-005101-b), які також не відбулися в зв’язку з поданням для участі в них менше двох тендерних пропозицій. Враховуючи вищевикладене згідно пункту 1 частини 7 статті 3 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» здійснити закупівлю без застосування порядку проведення спрощених закупівель, а саме: провести закупівлю без використання електронної системи закупівель шляхом оприлюднення в електронній системі закупівель відповідно до статті 10 цього Закону звіт про договір про закупівлю, укладений без використання електронної системи закупівель. При цьому предмет закупівлі, його технічні та якісні характеристики, а також вимоги до учасника процедури закупівлі не повинні відрізнятися від вимог, що були визначені замовником у тендерній документації.
