Description:

Оплата робіт здійснюється Замовником шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника за фактично виконані роботи на підставі оформлених, затверджених та підписаних сторонами актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт форми №КБ-2в та не пізніше 30 днів з моменту їх підписання Сторонами. Місце знаходження замовника - 18002, Черкаська обл., місто Черкаси, ВУЛИЦЯ ГОГОЛЯ, будинок 285. Категорії замовника - юридичні особи та/або суб’єкти господарювання, які здійснюють діяльність в окремих сферах господарювання, зазначені у пункті 4 частини першої статті 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Вид закупівлі - спрощена закупівля - для замовників, визначених у пункті 4 частини першої статті 2 Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) менше ніж 1 мільйон гривень, а робіт - 5 мільйонів гривень. Застосовані критерії оцінки - Єдиним критерієм оцінки згідно даної закупівлі є ціна (питома вага критерію – 100%). Згідно з термінологією державних будівельних норм ДБН А.2.2-3:2014 «Склад та зміст проектної документації на будівництво» та з урахуванням ДСТУ Б. Д.1.1-1:2013 «Правила визначення вартості будівництва», ДСТУ-Н Б Д.1.1-4:2013 Визначення вартості експлуатації будівельних машин та механізмів.
