По результатам запиту цінових пропозицій у постачальників з використанням інструменту допорогових закупівель електронної системи закупівель Prozorro UA-2021-06-30-002019-a, укладено договір УЗ/ЦЛ-21167/Ю 22.07.2021 та оприлюднено звіт про договір про закупівлю, укладений без використання електронної системи закупівель UA-2021-07-23-000911-c відповідно до п.3¹ розділу Х, Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" COVID-19 Постанова КМУ №225 від 20.03.2020 (в редакції постанови КМУ від 29.03.2020 № 248), місцезнаходження замовника вулиця Симона Петлюри, 21а, місто Київ, 01032/фактична вул.. Уманська 8, м. Київ, 03680 категорія замовника: юридична особа та/або суб’єкти господарювання, який здійснює діяльність в окремих сферах господарювання, зазначені у п. 4 ч. 1 ст. 2 Закону вид закупівлі: договір про закупівлю, укладений без використання електронної системи закупівель - для замовників, визначених у пункті 4 частини першої статті 2 цього Закону, у разі здійснення закупівлі відповідно до частин другої та шостої статті 3 цього Закону, а саме: п.3¹ розділу Х, Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" COVID-19 Постанова КМУ №225 від 20.03.2020 (в редакції постанови КМУ від 29.03.2020 № 248). В зв’язку з зазначиним мета, запиту цінових пропозицій у постачальників – процедура UA-2021-06-30-002019-a, вичерпана та підлягає відміні. Відмінити запит цінових пропозицій у постачальників – процедуру UA-2021-06-30-002000-a, в підставах відміни зазначити посилання на укладений договір УЗ/ЦЛ-21166/Ю 22.07.2021 та звіт про договір про закупівлю, укладений без використання електронної системи закупівель UA-2021-07-23-000911-c.
