Розмір та умови надання забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю

Requirement Description

Вимагається (у формі банківської гарантії) у разі виявлення критеріїв високого ризику пов’язаності, викладених в п.2 Розділу VIII Документації. Розмір забезпечення: 3% від ціни Договору. Вимоги до банківської гарантії як забезпечення виконання зобов'язань за договором про закупівлю, що надається переможцем викладено у Додатку 9 Документації.
