Замовник здійснює розрахунки за фактом отримання товару з відстрочкою платежу – до 30 банківських днів з умови наявності (надходження) коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника за програмою надання медичних гарантій від НСЗУ, без застосування штрафних санкцій. Протягом усього періоду затримки фінансування до Замовника не можуть застосовувати штрафні санкції за порушення строків оплати за поставлений товар. У разі затримки фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 3-х банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником коштів за програмою надання медичних гарантій від НСЗУ призначених на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
