Замовник, перераховує Підряднику аванс у розмірі 30% від вартості договору на придання матеріалів.Підрядник зобов'язується використати одержаний аванс на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів протягом трьох місяців після одержання авансу.
