Розрахунки за цим Договором здійснюються у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування Замовником коштів на поточний рахунок Учасника протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів з дати підписання Сторонами акту здачі-приймання виконаних робіт згідно оригіналу належним чином оформленого рахунку від Учасника за умови (відкладальна обставина згідно з ч. 1 ст. 212 Цивільного кодексу України) затвердження фінансового плану Замовника на відповідний календарний рік (Постанова Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.10.2012 № 899) та наявності в ньому витрат на закупівлю робіт, що є предметом Договору. Джерело фінансування - власні кошти підприємства.
