3.2.Умови оплати: оплата здійснюється за фактично отриманий товар протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів від дати отримання накладної Покупцем на підставі документів, що підтверджують факт поставки (видаткових накладних та акту приймання-передачі товару). 3.3.Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються на підставі Бюджетного кодексу України на умовах відстрочки платежу до десяти банківських днів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється на протязі 5 банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок 3.4. Ціна цього Договору встановлюється в національній валюті України.
