Одна із відмінених процедур закупівель, за результатами якої застосовано переговорну процедуру розпочата та завершена до введення в дію нової редакції Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», тобто проведена у порядку, що діяв до введення нової редакції Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». На підставі вищевикладеного, враховуючи роз’яснення Міністерства розвитку економіки, торгівлі та сільського господарства України надані на запит Служби автомобільних доріг у Кіровоградській області, переговорну процедуру необхідно відмінити згідно п.2 ч.8 ст. 40 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
