Джерело фінансування-міський бюджет. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після підписання Сторонами акту наданих послуг, безготівковим шляхом на поточний рахунок вказаний Виконавцем.До 30% від акцептованої суми переможця торгів оплачується співвласниками житлових квартир та нежитлових приміщень житлового будинку №12 на вул.Тобілевича як дольова участь у співфінансуванні робіт згідно ухвали сесії Львівської міської ради від 04.04.2019 року №4821 «Про затвердження Програми підтримки співвласників багатоквартирних будинків, що списані з балансу Львівських комунальних підприємств, у проведенні невідкладного ремонту, капітального ремонту, реконструкції ремонтно-реставраційних робіт спільного майна у багатоквартирних будинках у м.Львові на 2019-2020 роки», на закупівлю матеріалів шляхом укладання окремого договору (між уповноваженою особою від співвласників будинку та переможцем торгів).
