Розрахунки та платежі за виконані проектні роботи здійснюється замовником за результатами виконання окремих етапів у відповідності до календарного плану виконання робіт та підписаного сторонами Акту виконаних робіт: - інженерних вишукувань: виконання за встановленою процедурою топогеодезичних зйомок в масштабах 1:500 озера та прилеглої території, інженерно-геологічних вишукувань, видачі замовнику 2-х примірників документації та копії на електронному носії та підписання сторонами Акту виконаних робіт – з оплатою в розмірі фактичної вартості виконаних робіт; - за результатами виконання проектно-кошторисної документації стадії Проект (П), видачі її Замовнику у кількості двох екземплярів, погодження з Замовником та передачі Проекту до експертизи – у розмірі 75% вартості робіт по стадії; - після отримання позитивного експертного звіту та видачі замовнику 4-х примірників скоригованої ПКД стадії «Проект» (П), копії ПКД на електронному носії та підписання сторонами Акту виконаних робіт – остаточний розрахунок за виконані проектні роботи стадії «Проект» (П), погоджені експертизою, з уточненням суми шляхом укладання додаткової угоди до договору. - після видачі замовнику 4-х примірників скоригованої ПКД стадії «Робоча документація» (РД), копії ПКД на електронному носії та підписання сторонами Акту виконаних робіт – остаточний розрахунок за виконані проектні роботи стадії «Робоча документація» (РД).
