Description:

Згідно постанови Кабінету міністрів України «Про затвердження Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва» від 27.12.2001 № 1764, постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» від 23.04.2014 № 117 Замовник може здійснити попередню оплату на придбання матеріалів в розмірі до 30% вартості обсягу робіт, визначених на поточний бюджетний період. Підрядник зобов’язується використати одержаний аванс на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів у строк, що не перевищує трьох місяців після одержання авансу. По закінченні тримісячного терміну невикористані суми авансу повертаються Замовнику. Суми авансу перераховуються Замовником на підставі відповідного рахунку, наданого Підрядником, лише при умові надходження коштів з джерел фінансування, упродовж 10-ти робочих днів. Кошти державного бюджету.
